As part of this mission, Universal Music Group operates the Music Can website (the "Site") in partnership with the Power of Music Consortium - UK Music, the National Academy for Social Prescribing, Manchester Camerata and The Utley Foundation. This privacy policy describes Universal Music Group's data practices, including the collection, use, and sharing of data related to the Site, along with the choices and rights you have to control those data practices.

The Site is operated by Universal Music Operations Limited, data protection number Z5512937 located at 4 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG. AS used in this policy, "Music Can", "we", and "our" refers to this entity, who acts as a data controller and is responsible for the processing of personal data by the Site under applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Other entities in the Universal Music Group family of companies may receive or process data in connection with the operation of the Site, including Universal Music Holdings Limited, data protection number Z2248611, which is also located at 4 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG. Where applicable, each of these entities separately makes the disclosures in this privacy policy.
